Rachel Cantore has been personal training for nearly eight years. She specializes in general fitness, health and wellness, weight loss, sports specific training or performance enhancement training (golf, tennis, gymnastics, and more), physique, and corrective exercise. She is also educated and well-versed in nutrition, focusing on general nutrition, weight/fat loss, sports, and food sensitivities or digestive and hormone imbalances. She was a gymnast through high school and coached and ran a competitive team for nearly 12 years. She is originally from the western Chicagoland suburbs, and spent the last year in Southern California before she relocated to Bluffton, S.C., in September. She loves all things health and fitness and is committed to spreading her passion and knowledge with her clients, friends, and anyone who is interested and needing her expertise. She enjoys spending time outdoors, swimming, working out, billiards, and good music.
